We started Palm & Home to bring that same attention to detail, reliability, and personal service to homeowners and property owners throughout Southwest Florida. Whether you need a one-time cleaning or someone you can count on to care for your property, We are here to help.

Hi, I’m John, co-owner of Palm & Home Property Solutions.
After spending the past several years at Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, my wife, Abbie, and I made the decision to call Southwest Florida home in August 2026.
My background includes property care, landscaping, operations, customer service, and working with homeowners and property owners to maintain their properties. I’ve also spent years leading crews, managing day-to-day operations, and making sure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
We started Palm & Home with a simple goal: to provide dependable, high-quality cleaning and property care with a more personal approach. We understand that your home or investment property is important to you, and we take pride in treating every property as if it were our own.
Whether you’re a homeowner looking for a reliable cleaning service, a vacation rental owner who needs a dependable turnover team, or a property manager looking for someone you can trust, we’re here to help.
